HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
The Computer Fraud And Abuse Act (CFAA) makes it a crime to access and subsequently share protected information. In practice, any advice has by now come under the jurisdiction of the law due to the inter-state nature of most internet communication.
To maintain the safety of your personal information, all information you may provide us with will be stored in a secure system with strict access controls. Only a limited number of persons have special access rights, and are required to keep information confidential. However, please keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We do not provide your information to any other companies, unless they are trusted third-parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our website policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
Once you have been accepted as a participant in one of our programs, we will not ask for your credit card information. We use three different methods of payment:
• International bank transfer
• Domestic bank transfer (within Japan)
